Bakery
The bakery uses traditional methods and high quality organic ingredients to produce a wholesome, healthy and delicious range of bakery products. A wide choice of breads, hand crafted organic oatcakes, (on sale in Harvey Nichols) and a range of mouth watering cakes and biscuits are baked daily in this busy, dynamic environment. A number of our breads are suitable for those on yeast free or wheat free diets and the bakery also produces seasonal products - e.g. hot cross buns, mince pies and Christmas cakes.
The bakery has always been committed to using organic ingredients and all breads are certified organic by the Organic Food Federation. Our discerning customers have long been attracted to buying our bakery products because of the mixture of taste, healthiness and good value they receive.

Wholemeal: Still our most popular bread after all these years
5 Grain: Made from a combination of many unusual ingredients this bread tastes and smells as good as it looks!
Organic Oat bread: A fairly coarse but lightly textured bread which has a lovely creaminess due to the addition of oats and other cereal flakes.
Unbleached White: Bears no comparison to the mass produced commercial variety
100% Rye Sourdough: A dark, delicious loaf that is both yeast and wheat free.
Seed Bread Full: of dietary fibre this bread has a nutty texture and flavour.
Wheat and Rye Bread: made from wheat and rye flour was popular in the Middle Ages. Our wheat and rye loaf is a hearty bread with a delicate aroma and taste.
Herb Bread: A lighter bread enriched with virgin olive oil and flavoured with organic herbs.
Wheat Sourdough: A dense and thick crusted bread but surprisingly light, with the subtle flavour of caraway enhancing its characteristic sour taste. An obvious choice if you are avoiding yeast in your diet.
